David Shipton had an r/c Gyminie Cricket using motors from "toy" models, controlling things just via motor power and asymetric running of the twin motors.

I have built model parts around templates before but never inside a template. This lends itself particularly well to small rubber models. Derek Thornburn had the models and it was his Dad, John who introduced him to the technique.

Photocopy the plans and then stick onto the appropriate thickness cardboard. Cut out the shape and then lay the parts INSIDE the template. Don't forget to mark on the wing template where the ribs are fitted.
